Arizona might provide path for Louisiana’s alt-fuel credit crunch

Initially set to cost $200,000 per year, Louisiana could now be on the hook to pay as much as $400 million in back tax credits through the alternative fuel tax credit program after the Louisiana Department of Revenue extended its reach in April to include flex-fuel vehicles.
